Jacqueline Tobin brings more than 30 years of real estate expertise across residential sales, commercial transactions, property management, real estate development, and investment strategy. Licensed in Pennsylvania, she has built a career that spans every dimension of the real estate industry — from the classroom to the boardroom.

Jacqueline has served in leadership roles that shape the industry itself, including Director positions with the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), and the Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. She is an active participant on Legislative, Professional Standards, DEI, and Horizons committees — helping to define the standards the profession is held to.

Her track record in brokerage leadership speaks for itself. As a team and office leader, she has grown sales operations from the ground up — including expanding a real estate office from 7 to 68 agents with 135% sales growth — a testament to her ability to build culture, systems, and results simultaneously.
